12 Days of Anime, Day 9: BAKA OUJI!!!!!!!
I came in through the window. Why?
One of the most underrated anime of the year, Level E wasn’t as popular nor talked about as other shows. But boy, the people who did end up watching it LOVED it. Why? It has TROLLING OF GALACTIC PROPORTIONS. LITERALLY. The Prince Baka (I’M NOT KIDDING HIS NAME REALLY IS BAKA) Ki El Dogra crashed landed on Earth, breaks into the guy’s room, and starts trolling everyone. He’s the prince of a very important planet/empire/something/ish, and if he doesn’t make it to the intergalactic space conference shit will hit the fan and everyone will start killing each other.
He seems to have lost his memories, and when he recovered a device from his ship it is revealed that his true form is possibly a hideous, screaming, slimy alien that can transform and change shapes. The poor earthling had to look at this disgusting form, and accept that it is his new trolling roommate. Until…
Prince Baka then disappears to go on a walk, saves a girl, and…..
… kills a member of an alien race that is already on earth, a race that is extremely hot blooded and will blow shit up.
His subordinates have always been constantly trolled by him, but even THEY can’t predict his trolling and get trolled by him AGAIN AND AGAIN throughout the series. NO ONE is safe from his trolling. NO ONE. I’m not going to go into details, because some people haven’t seen the show and I don’t want to spoil all the FABULOUS TROLLING the baka prince does. If you haven’t given Level E a watch yet, WATCH IT SOON! I guarantee that you won’t be let down!

well i did manage to get one episode done… that’s generally how it goes when i decide to do episodic postings on current anime XD (of “normal” length that is)
Hahaha yeah that’s why I don’t do regular episodics, only when I actually have stuff to say.
I only managed to sit through about six episodes? But damn that prince character is one hilarious dude! And king of the trolls, compared to Yuuko from Nichijou this guy takes the cake for comedy.
One day I will finish! I remember the colored rangers bit…
YOU HAVE TO FINISH TO THE END! Don’t want to spoil, so I’ll just say it’s so awesome beyond imagination. Seriously.
I really like how the Color Rangers arc shifts from comedy to serious for a two episode arc. One of the best anime I’ve ever watched.
